Goan Comedy Cartel is a homegrown comedy collective creating space for comedy in Goa.
Goa has always had funny people. What it didn't have was enough places for local comedians to get on stage, try new material, find their audience and grow.
So we started building those spaces.
From open mics and comedy jams to showcases and bigger shows, GCC brings comedians and audiences together and gives local comedy a place to grow.
We're here for the people who make Goa funny, and the people who come out to watch them.

We're comedians, collaborators and the two people behind Goan Comedy Cartel.
We started GCC because we wanted to see more comedy happening in Goa, especially comedy made by the people who actually live here.
What began with putting comedians on stage has grown into a community of comics, performers and audiences who are helping shape Goa's comedy scene.
We're just getting started.
